May graduates need to have graduation applications turned in as soon as possible

By KRIMSON FOLLOWILL, Staff Writer

Although the semester has just begun and everything is chaotic, there are some important steps for those planning to graduate in May.

Students must submit their graduation applications as soon as possible to the Resistrars’ Office. The sooner they are submitted, the better off the student will be in case of any issues that need to be addressed.

“Potential graduates are required to self-identify,” Registrar Jennifer Labor says. “If they don’t complete a graduation application, I will not be aware that the student is on track to graduate that semester.”

The students can find and then fill out a graduation application found on their WebAdvisor accounts under the Academic Planning Tab.

Remember, the sooner you get your application in, the better off you will be. You can contact the Registrar’s Office at (918) 465-1813.
